Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CopyForge AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at /privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping its credentials secure.

CopyForge drafts channel-shaped copy from information you provide and applies a versioned set of deterministic text-pattern checks. The checks cover selected common risks; they are not a complete review of marketplace rules, advertising law, product eligibility, intellectual property, images, landing pages or account history.

The Service also includes compliance workflow tools: a claim registry with versioned wording, scope limits and approval records, a private evidence vault for supporting documents and URL references, structured product records, catalog import with listing scans, and daily monitoring that raises alerts when tracked content, rules or evidence change. These tools organise your compliance work; like the checks, they are not legal advice and do not replace your own review.

Generated text and compliance scores are drafting aids, not legal advice, marketplace approval or a guarantee against rejection, suppression, suspension, complaints or enforcement. You must verify every factual statement and decide whether to publish it.

As between you and CopyForge AI, you keep your rights in the product facts and other content you submit. CopyForge AI does not claim ownership of generated titles, descriptions, bullets, advertisements or email copy.

AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction and may resemble material generated for others. You are responsible for checking accuracy, originality, trademark use and suitability before publication.

You give CopyForge AI the limited permission needed to process, store and transmit your content to provide the Service under the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited disaster-recovery copies and legal retention duties.

You must not use the Service to create unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or deliberately deceptive material; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware; probe accounts or data you do not own; bypass authentication, quotas or feature gates; automate abusive traffic; resell access credentials; or disrupt the Service.

The published compliance-rule descriptions may be read and referenced. This does not grant permission to scrape the Service aggressively, bypass technical controls or copy protected application code and branding.

The current plan catalogue and allowances appear on /pricing. Server-side entitlement and quota checks control access. Reaching a limit pauses the affected feature; it does not create a usage charge or automatic upgrade.

Paid checkout may be closed even while intended Pro and Agency features and prices are displayed. A waitlist entry records interest only. It does not collect a card, start a trial or create a subscription.

We may change plan features or prices for future purchases. A paid order is governed by the price, billing period and plan description shown when you deliberately complete that purchase.

When paid checkout is open, paid subscriptions renew for the billing period selected at purchase until cancelled. Payment details are handled by the named payment provider and do not pass through CopyForge AI servers.

Cancel through the payment provider from Dashboard > Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access continues until the end of the period already purchased unless a refund or payment dispute reverses that period.

A first purchase may be refunded when requested within 7 days and fewer than 10 generated outputs have been used, unless the checkout page gives you more favourable terms or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us through /contact with the account email and order reference. Refund abuse, repeated purchases/refunds and consumed high-volume usage are not eligible beyond legal requirements.

Free signup never collects a card and cannot become a paid subscription without a separate, deliberate checkout.

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice before a material change that adversely affects an active paid period, except where immediate action is needed for security, law, provider failure or abuse prevention.

Third-party services — including model providers, Supabase, Upstash, Resend and payment processors — can fail or change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, attacks, quota evasion, unlawful use or risk to other users. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow export of lawful account data. Serious security or legal risks may require immediate action.

You may delete your account from Dashboard > Settings. Read the Privacy Policy before deletion for the data removed, residual backups and records that may need legal retention.

CopyForge AI may assign these Terms, or transfer the rights and obligations needed to operate the Service, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of substantially all related assets or another transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

A transfer of the Service does not erase rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a transfer affects personal data, the Privacy Policy explains the applicable notice, rights and legal safeguards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” CopyForge AI disclaims implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyForge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost revenue, marketplace action or business interruption arising from your use of generated copy. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms. The date above changes when the text changes. Material changes affecting active paid users will be communicated through the Service or account email where reasonably possible.
